Challenges Solved
- Lack of quick security access. Released an on-demand booking model to get security in a few clicks.
- Distrust of security guards. We implemented a centralized built-in verification for each security guard.
- Difficulty coordinating in real time. We added live tracking and completion stages.
- Lack of feedback opportunities. Celadonsoft implemented a review and rating system.
- Incorrect display of guards' location. We optimized real-time coordinates transfer.

Key Modules & Features
Real-time ordering system
The client creates an order that immediately displays on the app of the available nearby security guards. Guards respond, and the client chooses the contractor.
Guards live-tracking
Real-time tracking of security whereabouts, where coordinates are updated every few seconds.
Guards’ status control
Security guards are able to set online/offline status to manage their availability.
Personal profiles and verification system
Document upload and verification system (licenses, certificates) via secure channels.
Admin-panel
System management tool: creating guards, moderating, and tracking orders.
System Overview
Mobile app (Clients and Guards)
The app consists of two modes:
- clients’ side, where they create orders and monitor guards;
- guards’ side, where they accept orders and control their status.
Backend (NestJS API)
The central layer that handles authorization, orders, users, notifications, and business logic.
Geolocation and real-time data layer
Uses Redis (Geo API) or Firebase to update coordinates and find nearby guards quickly.
Admin panel (AdminJS)
Manages security guards, users, and orders, with differentiated permissions for managers and administrators.
Storage Infrastructure
PostgreSQL for core data and S3 for document and file storage.

Components
The user interface was designed with performance and nativity in mind. It was optimized to make interactions seamless, requiring minimal actions to reach the goal.
Key principles:
- ability to book a security guard in 1–2 steps;
- clear selection process;
- process transparency (order status, location updated).
The security guard interface is optimized for quick decisions: accept/reject an order, start/stop work without unnecessary steps.
