The client is a sightseeing product for Prague. It’s a complete online solution including website, iOS & Android app, admin interface and custom software. It is an interactive guide at hand, having everything the user needs to plan and enjoy a trip to Prague.
The client reached us with an inquiry to upgrade the existing website, reuse what is possible from the legacy backend code, create and launch a mobile version to improve user experience and increase online presence.
The main challenge was to increase conversion of the web app, make it more user-friendly, expand functionality and raise the number of mobile users.
To solve the tasks we’ve updated the whole web app UI, worked out the existing UX and launched a user-friendly mobile version. Our team comprehensively upgraded the branding strategy of the company.
We’ve also added an opportunity to buy the card online through QR-code. Thus we reduced the purchase time frame and made the process faster and easier.
The admin interface was also updated with smart photo loading, tegs etc.
In this project, as well as we do in our other cases, we have been working at the design systematically. Having assembled a set of user interfaces, we have provided the customer with a system, allowing us to scale the project in the future.
